Welcome to Seery’s Cash & Carry. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [https://seeryscashandcarry.ie/] and any orders placed for our wholesale hampers and related products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate as a wholesale cash and carry, supplying hampers and related goods for click-and-collect and payment on collection only.

2. Eligibility

Our products and services are intended for:

Wholesale customers, including retailers, businesses, and trade customers;
Individuals aged 18 or over;
Customers capable of entering a legally binding agreement.

We reserve the right to request proof of business or identification.

3. Products & Pricing’

All products and prices are displayed excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice but will not affect any order already confirmed.
Product images on the website are for illustration purposes—contents of hampers may vary depending on availability.
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Click & Collect Orders

Place your order through our website.
You will receive an order acknowledgment email.
A confirmation message will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

4.2 Payment on Delivery

Where available, customers may choose to pay upon receiving goods.

Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or other methods specified at checkout.
Payments must be made in full at time of collection.

5. Collection & Delivery

5.1 Click & Collect

Orders must be collected from our premises at the agreed time.
Photo ID or proof of order may be required.
Orders not collected within 3 days may be cancelled.

5.2 Delivery (not applicable)

Collection for on-line hamper orders only.

6. Cancellations & Returns

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, unless already prepared.
Hampers containing food or perishable items cannot be returned, except where defective.

6.2 Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are:

faulty,
damaged, or
not as described.

Claims must be made within [5 days] of collection with proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or any rights which cannot legally be excluded under Irish law.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Acts.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supply disruptions, strikes, or technical failures.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will take effect once posted on the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
