Welcome to Seery’s Cash & Carry. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.seeryscashandcarry.ie.
1.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by Seery’s Cash & Carry.
1.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 Orders can be placed online via our website. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
2.2 Orders are for click-and-collect only, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Seery’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Cancellation of Orders

3.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it unless the order has already been prepared.
3.2 Cancellation requests must be made by email or through the website contact form.
3.3 For orders already prepared, cancellation is not possible.

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods:

• If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
• Claims must be made within 5 days of collection, with proof of purchase.

4.2 Perishable goods:

• Items such as food hampers are perishable and cannot be returned unless defective.

4.3 Refund method:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 calendar days from approval of the return or cancellation.

5. Distance Selling / Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

5.1 If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, except for goods excluded by law (e.g., perishable items).

5.2 To exercise this right, you must notify Seery’s in writing (email or contact form) before the 14-day period expires.

5.3 Returning goods:

• Items must be returned in their original condition unless they are defective.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Refund timeline:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the cancellation notice or returned goods (whichever is later).
• The refund will use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Delivery & Collection

6.1 All orders are to be collected at the Seery’s Cash & Carry premises unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Collection times will be communicated at the time of order.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Seery’s Cash & Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
7.2 Liability for defective or misdescribed goods will be handled in accordance with statutory rights and these Terms.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data for order fulfillment and communications related to your order.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
